§1 General provisions

1. These terms (the "Terms") govern the use of the service available at use2sh.com (the "Service"), operated by the service operator (the "Operator").
2. A User is any individual, legal entity or organisational unit using the Service.
3. Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
4. The Terms are available at use2sh.com/en/terms and may be updated - Users will be notified of changes by email.

§2 Services

1. The Service provides link shortening (shortlinks), bio page creation and landing pages for businesses.
2. Some features are available on the free plan (Free) without a time limit.
3. Paid plans (Creator, Business) are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically.
4. The Operator reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Users may cancel their subscription at any time - access expires at the end of the paid period.

§3 User obligations

1. Users agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
2. It is prohibited to create links to illegal content, content infringing copyright, hate speech or misleading content.
3. It is prohibited to use the Service for spam or phishing.
4. Users are responsible for the security of their password and account.
5. Users must provide accurate information at registration.

§4 Operator liability

1. The Operator makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
2. The Operator is not responsible for content published by users.
3. The Operator may suspend or delete an account that violates the Terms without prior notice.
4. For paid plans, in the event of downtime caused by the Operator exceeding 24 hours, the User is entitled to a proportional refund.

§5 Personal data

1. The rules governing personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy available at use2sh.com/en/privacy.
2. The data controller is the Operator of the use2sh.com service.

§6 Final provisions

1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
2. All disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
3. These Terms take effect on 1 January 2025.
